MediaFusion Streams Denominational Event

MediaFusion recently partnered with the Free Methodist Church – USA to stream their General Conference. The Free Methodist Church is an evangelical holiness movement founded over 150 years ago, with about 2 million members worldwide. General Conference [GC15] is a Global denominational-wide event which happens every four years. The purpose is to gather leaders from all over the world for inspiration, collaboration and resourcing. To take the event Global, FMCUSA partnered with us to make it happen.

What We Did

Each main session was streamed live from the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, FL. Our team was on site, back stage, and available for pastors and leaders to demo MediaFusion. Our team also partnered with the denominational communications department Light + Life Communications to provide workshops on strategy and implementation of MediaFusion.

Jay Cordova, Director of Light + Life Communications, was excited about what our team was able to do for Free Methodist leaders:

Media Fusion went above and beyond for our needs. From a customer service and support standpoint we could not ask for a better relationship. Our General Conference was beautifully and flawlessly broadcasted and attended globally with the help of our partners.

The Payoff

Those who participated in this conference called it it the best one they could remember. Opening the event to those who couldn’t attend in person empowered FMCUSA to make the event truly global. Streaming the conference made it available to more people than ever before.

GC15 was not only the largest event in modern Free Methodist history, it was a time when the breath of the Holy Spirit blew upon His church once again, empowering them for a positive future – Rex Bullock, Director of General Conference.
